Written answer
Given the potential impact of the development on local infrastructure, such as schools and utilities, what discussions have been held with relevant authorities, and what measures will the developer implement to ensure that the project is adequately supported by existing infrastructure and that any necessary improvements are made?
Please refer to our Infrastructure and Foul water statement which confirms capacity and no requirement for Gas.
Hillingdon has the Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule which secures a financial contribution per each new sqm of residential floorspace to help fund new local infrastructure, this is required to be paid by all development regardless of viability. The LPA will further set out what other contributions may be required and these would be secured by legal agreement, subject to viability.
