The Barn Hotel site is currently the subject of a major planning application to build 71 new homes and restore the historic Grade II listed buildings. A completely redesigned 2026 masterplan has just been submitted – altering building heights, street layouts, and access routes – prompting a new round of public consultation.
The developers of the Barn Hotel has agreed to answer questions we collect from residents, to address concerns and explain the differences between the previous plans and the current one ahead of people responding to the public consultation.
