Following last night’s impressive display of support from the Friends of the Rural Activities Garden Centre and hundreds of residents from across the borough, two of our three MPs (Danny Beales and John McDonnell), our London Assembly Member Bassam Mahfouz and a dozen or so supportive councillors, ITV News have today visited the RAGC.

While neither Eddie Lavery nor council Leader Ian Edwards could make it to last night’s Cabinet meeting, happily Eddie Lavery has been to the Rural Activities Garden Centre many times before… here he is, on video with a previous Hillingdon Mayor, actually encouraging everyone to support the centre:
