Planning Enforcement Notice for 29 Torrington Road for unauthorised HMO is Under Appeal

 

Following our announcement that Hillingdon Council issued a Planning Enforcement Notice for 29 Torrington Road relating to:

  • Unauthorised use as a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO)
  • Unauthorised rear extension

The owner has now lodged an appeal against this Enforcement Notice.
