Following our announcement that Hillingdon Council issued a Planning Enforcement Notice for 29 Torrington Road relating to:
- Unauthorised use as a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO)
- Unauthorised rear extension

The owner has now lodged an appeal against this Enforcement Notice.
