REAR OF 2 OLD HATCH MANOR
This recent planning application proposes erecting a two-storey, three-bed detached dwelling on land to the rear of the existing house, but constitutes ‘back garden development’ which is not considered conducive to the existing local street scene, giving a crowded appearance to the site and not harmonising with other dwellings. We have raised our concerns with the local planners and await their decision.*
