Sorry for the delay, but the new online membership payment system is now available for use. You can use it to pay your 2017 and 2018 subscriptions. It already has all the details from the receipt books and yellow subscription forms, so if you have already paid your 2017 subscription, it will not ask you to pay again! The system checks each time you go to use it to see if you have already paid for the current year, but will allow you to make a donation at any time.
We are using a card system called Stripe to handle the payments. This will accept Visa, MasterCard or Amex cards. The way the system works means that we do not see your card number and do not store it in any form – all we see is if the payment was successful.

Data Protection
Just for clarity, the information we retain on our membership system, which the online payment system is part of, consists of your name, address and email address (if you have provided it). We do not share this information with anyone outside of Ruislip Residents’ Association.*
