Complete our garden waste survey about Hillingdon’s paid-for collections

We are seeking residents’ experiences of Hillingdon’s paid-for garden waste collection subscription. We ran a survey after the first week, and are now following after we’ve had seven weeks of paid collections, hoping that the service has settled down.

Please complete our questionnaire, and ask your friends and neighbours to do the same. To make it easier to complete (and so that we can draw meaningful results), most of the answers are just pulldown menus, and the later questions vary depending on the answers you give. It’ll take you less than two minutes to complete and we appreciate everyone’s time giving their answers
