XiXi’s Final Journey

I am sure that most of you will be aware that on the late afternoon of October 25th, tragedy struck with the loss of Xixi a 22 month old girl on Windmill Hill, Ruislip Manor. A number of other people were also injured.

A Just Giving appeal to raise funds for the Air Ambulance in memory of Xixi has been set up by a local Community Group. If you would like to make a donation to the appeal the link is; https://www.justgiving.com/fund…/ruisliphalloweentrail2020

The funeral will be taking place on Saturday (14th) at 9:55 am. The family is asking people who live on the route from Bishop Ramsey close to St Martin’s to decorate it with pink balloons and flowers, before 9:30 am. I’m aware that some people who do not live on the route will also be doing the same in memory of Xixi.

Anyone who wishes to line the final route on Saturday 16 November 2020 at 9:55 may do so with the blessing of Xixi’s parents.
The Flynn family are very kindly handling out balloons to anyone there.
Please keep social distancing at all times.
For those attending on Saturday please can you ensure that no balloons are released or popped so as no the scare the horses taking Xixi on her final journey.  Can you also take your balloons away with you.
