Raqueteers Badminton Club
New members of a reasonable standard are always welcome. We play at Northwood Sports Centre, Potter Street, Northwood Hills on Wednesday from 9 –11 pm. The club currently runs four teams in the Hillingdon league.

Ruislip Bowls Club
(Established in 1919) The club has vacancies for Ladies and Gentlemen bowlers at the picturesque Manor Farm Bowling Green, adjacent to Ruislip Library.
Lessons for beginners / inexperienced bowlers can be arranged with the club coaches.

Cycling in the local countryside
The Cyclists’ Touring Club has nearly 60,000 members, and the West Middx Section is your local club.  We meet most Sundays in either Ruislip or Uxbridge for rides mostly along lanes and byways of the Thames Valley and Chilterns.  New members are welcome. Over 60s Exercise

A new weekly extend exercise to music class will be starting on Thursday 5th January 2006 at South Ruislip Community Centre, Deane Park, Long Drive, South Ruislip.
Classes will be every Thursday 2 – 3 pm and 3.15 – 4.15 pm.
Have fun, meet new people and get fitter.

The Harrow & Wembley Outdoor Group is a friendly outdoor group for active people from 20-45 who live in north west London, including Harrow, Ealing, Wembley, Hillingdon, Watford and Uxbridge.
We meet 8.30-10pm on 1st, 3rd and 4th Thursdays of each month. Parking available in Gayton Road.

Ruislip Snorkelling Club
This club is suitable for basic swimmers of age 8 to 80 years.  The club teaches snorkelling in safe and friendly surroundings at Highgrove Pool Ruislip.

The sessions are at 07.45am to 08.45am on Saturday mornings and anybody is welcome to come along and try out with the other members and to see if they would enjoy learning snorkelling in safety.

The club is also involved in visiting outdoor locations to broaden the ability of the members and also arranges a foreign holiday once a year for those interested.

Ruislip & Northwood Sub-Aqua Club
Ever fancied scuba diving?  What about joining a local Club and dive with local friends?   We are part of the British Sub-Aqua Club - find our details at www.rnbsac.co.uk .

We teach people to dive at Highgrove Swimming Pool in Eastcote each Thursday night from 8:30pm.  We also organise great diving weekends and holidays away.

Ruislip 40+ Table Tennis
The club meets Thursday afternoons 2-4 o'clock at the recently renovated Youth Centre in Bury Street. Table Tennis provides exercise and mental stimulation at whatever level you play.
