Hillingdon Council publishes details of all planning applications and we closely monitor all applications within our own area. The list below refers only to the most significant of current appications. Our strong team liaises with local residents on contentious issues and frequently submits objections to applications that cause our members concern.
Land to rear of 51 and 53 Pembroke Road- A planning application to erect 2 five-bedroom detached dwellings with habitable roofspace, associated parking and amenity space having been refused by local planners went to appeal on 6 January. The appeal will be decided on the basis of an exchange of written statements coupled with a site visit.

A planning application to construct a single storey outbuilding to front for use as garden store having been refused by local planners went to appeal on 5 January. The site is at 2 Ducks Hill Cottages, Ducks Hill Road and will be determined on the basis of written representations.
