RRA Response to Select Transport Committee on High Speed Rail
The House of Commons' Select Transport Committee is undertaking an inquiry into the overall strategic case for high speed rail - this is separate from, and greater in scope than, High Speed Rail 2 (HS2). Attached is our letter of submission to this enquiry.
